Veloneer Warranty Policy

At Veloneer, we design our products to perform at the highest level—ride after ride. Every light is engineered with precision and built to withstand the test of time. To give you peace of mind, all Veloneer products are protected by our warranty, in line with EU consumer law.

Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Warranty (EU Law):
    A 2-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase, covers all Veloneer products against defects in materials or workmanship. This applies to the original owner with valid proof of purchase.
  • Battery Warranty:
    Veloneer batteries are also covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
  • LEDs:
    Our LEDs are designed for durability and covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

How to Claim Your Warranty

  • If purchased from a retailer:
    Please get in touch with the retailer directly with your proof of purchase. They will assist with your warranty claim.
  • If purchased directly from Veloneer.com:
    If your product arrives faulty, we will replace it immediately upon receipt of the defective item.
    If a fault develops within the 2-year warranty period, our team will inspect the product and repair or replace it as needed.

In either case, please get in touch with our customer service team before returning any product. We aim to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Warranty Limitations

The Veloneer warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, neglect, or misuse
  • Modifications or improper installation
  • Wear and tear from everyday use (e.g., scratches, cosmetic changes)
  • Commercial, competition, or stunt use
  • Costs related to removal, reassembly, or shipping (beyond standard return postage to Veloneer)

Warranty is valid only for the original owner and may require proof of purchase.

Our Commitment

At Veloneer, we stand behind our products. If your light is defective, we’ll repair or replace it with a product of equal or greater value. Replacement products may vary slightly in finish or graphics, but will always meet the same performance standards.
